Dropped waist has a gathered-on full gathered on skirt in ivory technical pre-crinkle taffeta with purple-blue and black ‘inked flowers’ all over print. Fit through the body is adjusted with a grosgrain tape tie-belt through belt loops at the side that wraps around the body to adjust shape through the waist.
