Belted dress in navy satin-back crêpe. V-neck line bound in ribbon and semi-attached cap sleeves created by shaped band of satin draped over the shoulder to drape in a points at the back. Bodice is pulled in with an inset elastic around the back and adjusted by an attached self-tie belt which wraps and ties to adjust to fit. Full skirt is constructed in bands of matte and shine crêpe that spiral around the body with band of semi-sheer floral embroidered tulle above the hem.
